Recognized soloists in their own right, as an ensemble a compellingly dynamic presence, the Verdi Quartet originated at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik in Cologne, Germany. The quartet, three parts German and one part Georgian, has met with great success since its professional launching in 1985.
