Brett Dean



Australian composer and viola player Brett Dean (b.1961) studied in Brisbane before moving to Germany in 1985, where he was a permanent member of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra until 2001. He began composing in 1988 and lives as a freelance composer in Australia.
