Francesco Maria Veracini



Italian composer and violinist Francesco Maria Veracini (1690-1768). He worked in London, Germany and Italy. He is the composer who held the dream job everyone wanted: the position as leader of the world's greatest orchestra, the band at the Dresden court of August the Strong. Also Maestro di capella of the churches San Pancrazio and San Gaetano in Florence.
