The program incorporates emotions and exotic cross rhythms of South America’s pre colonization which finds itself spanning the divide between European and pre European culture. The music reflects life, as life itself was a dance continually changing its beat.
Mit diesem Album führt Los Temperamentos das Publikum in eine ferne Zeit und an ferne Orte einer Spanisch sprachigen Welt vor ca. 300 Jahren; Eine Welt begriffen im ständigen Wandel– genauso wie ihre Bewohner damals und heute. Das Ensemble bringt mit »Entre dos Tiempos« ein farbenfrohes Programm auf die Bühne, das sich intensiv mit den rhythmischen und tänzerischen Elementen der Barockmusik Lateinamerikas und Südeuropas beschäftigt. Der Titel steht dabei für die Dualität des menschlichen Lebens, der Musik, überhaupt des Daseins. »Zwischen zwei Zeiten« spiegelt all dies wieder: Die verschiedenen Emotionen, die exotischen Rhythmen in der Musik jener Tage bis hin zur Zeitenwende, die mit der Kolonialisierung Südamerikas eintrat. Als wäre das Leben ein Tanz, der fortwährend den Takt wechselt.
Entre dos tiempos emporte le public vers des lieux et des temps lointains : ceux du monde hispanique d’il y a 300 ans. A cette époque, le choc des cultures entre le nouveau monde et l’Europe provoque d’importantes mutations. Ce programme, où les rythmes et les éléments de danse du baroque latino-américain et sud-européen sont omniprésents est riche en couleurs et émotions. Il incorpore également les rythmes typiques de la musique préhispanique. Avec Entre dos Tiempos, la musique est le reflet de la vie, une vie qui se danse sur des rythmes perpétuellement changeants.
Con este album, Los Temperamentos nos guiarán a través del tiempo hacia lugares lejanos de la cultura hispana; para así encontrarnos con un mundo y sus habitantes en constante movimiento. Un colorido abanico como programa nos presenta un intensivo quehacer con la música dancística y rítmica del barroco latinoamericano y sudeuropeo.
