A ‘BBC New Generation Artist’ in 2019 and recently chosen as one of Julian Lloyd Webber’s ‘Classic FM Rising Stars’, British Viola prodigy Timothy Ridout’s first album for harmonia mundi celebrates the power of love, with arrangements of Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet – including the famous Dance of the Knights – and Schumann’s love letter Dichterliebe.

It is released ahead of Ridout’s performance at this year’s BBC Proms (27 August).
