Yuri Ahronovitch


Russian conductor Yuri Ahronovitch (1932-2002). At the age of 25 he became the Soviet Union's youngest professor of music. In 1972 he officially emigrated to Israel. Resident in Cologne and Jerusalem, he worked with several international orchestras.
