Eino Tamberg

Estonian composer Eino Tamberg (1930-2010) graduated from the Conservatory in 1953. Besides composing, professor of composition at the Estonian Academy of Music and a highly influential figure in Estonian musical life. Tamberg is one of the most important representatives of neoclassicism in Estonian music, though his later works are more expressionistic in style.
