Ilya Gringolts

Russian composer and violinist Ilya Gringolts (born 1982) studied violin and composition at the St. Petersburg special music school and at the Juillard School in New York (1999). First prize at the Paganini competition 1998. Gringolts is passionate about chamber music and performs with famous orchestras, conductors and performers all over the world. He is also a regular guest at many international festivals.
