Flügeltüren, for organ, percussion and electronics

For organ, percussion and electronics, revised 2004, from Ericsson's sacred opera Höga visan (The Song of Songs). The work was inspired by the shutters in the organ case of the famous Hagerbeer/Schnitger organ in Grote St. Laurenskerk in Alkmaars. All the electronic sounds were recorded in the St. Laurenskerk and they are based on the sounds one hears when the great antique shutters are opened. Solo instrument the organ of Teg Church, Sweden. With Tommy Björk, percussion.
