Derek Bourgeois



English composer Derek Bourgeois (born 1941), has lectured at Bristol University and worked with youth orchestras. Retired as full-time composer in Mallorca. His work as a composer has been strongly influenced by Britten, Walton, Strauss and Shostakovich.
