Herman Bellstedt



German/American composer and cornet player Herman Bellstedt (1858-1926).
His family emigrated to the US in 1867. Bellstedt started performing with the Sousa Band in 1904. After two years he left to teach at the conservatory in Cincinnati. 53 compositions for wind.
