Ernst Gottlieb Baron



German composer Ernst Gottlieb Baron (1696-1760).
His professional career began with his employment at the Collegium Elisabethanum in Breslau, after which he studied in Leipzig. Thereafter he made several tours as a virtuoso lutenist and had posts at the Courts of Gotha, Eisenach and Rheinsberg.
